17. Othelia Amanda "Tillie" Hoffman was born on 10 January 1897 in Chodetz, Poland. She died of blood poisoning from a sore on her face in August 1923 at the age of 26.

Othelia Amanda "Tillie" Hoffman and Reinhold Lange were married on 11 December 1917. Reinhold Lange, son of Johan Lange and Louise Rosenau, was born on 24 March 1893 in Zhitomir, Volhynia, Russia. He immigrated in May 1913 to Baltimore, MD at on the ship Cassel from Bremen, Germany. He was buried in May 1981. Reinhold died of a stroke on 18 May 1981 at the age of 88 in Carrington, ND. He had Social Security Number 501-40-5212.

Othelia Amanda "Tillie" Hoffman and Reinhold Lange had the following children:

33	ii.	Hugh William Lange was born on 26 April 1920. He was naturalized on 18 May 1926 in Carrington, ND. He served in the military U.S. Navy in WW II in 1942–44. Hugh died on 12 April 1992 at the age of 71 in Carrington, ND.

35	iv.	Rudolph John Lange was born in May 1923 in Carrington, ND. He died Pneumonia in June 1923 at the age of 0.
