He lived in Spokane, Spokane, Washington, United States in 1945.

Patrick J. Carr and Neva L. Youngs were married about 1900 in Carrington, North Dakota, United States. Neva L. Youngs was born on 21 June 1882 in Kalamazoo, MI. She died in 1952 at the age of 70 in Carrington, ND.
